Static Display Campaigns
Single QR code for posters, flyers, social media, and in-store displays
Perfect for situations where the same QR code is shown to many people: window displays, posters, table tents, social media posts, website banners, or leaflet handouts.
How Static Campaigns Work
A static campaign creates one QR code that links to a voucher landing page. Anyone who scans it sees the same offer and can claim the voucher.
- Single QR code — easy to print and share
- Unlimited scans — no per-person limit
- Each person gets a unique voucher when they claim
- Track total engagement, not individual recipients
Creating a Static Campaign
1. Start a New Campaign
From your dashboard, click New Campaign and select 🖼️ Static/Display.
2. Set Your Offer
- Campaign Name — Internal reference (e.g., "Window Poster Feb 2026")
- Offer Headline — What customers see (e.g., "15% Off Your Meal")
- Offer Description — Additional details
- Discount Type — Percentage, Fixed Amount, Free Item, or Custom
- Discount Value — The actual discount (e.g., 15)
3. Set Validity Period
- Valid From — When the offer starts
- Valid Until — When it expires
4. Add Terms (Optional)
For hospitality, you may want restrictions:
- Minimum spend
- Valid days (e.g., weekdays only)
- Valid hours (e.g., lunch service only)
- Maximum party size
- Custom terms
5. Create & Get Your QR Code
Click Create Campaign. You'll see:
- Your landing page QR code (download in multiple sizes)
- Direct URL to share
- Embed code for websites
The Customer Journey
- Customer sees your poster/flyer with QR code
- They scan with their phone camera
- Landing page shows your offer
- Customer enters email to claim
- They receive their unique voucher QR code
- They show it to staff when visiting
- Staff scan to verify and redeem
Usage Ideas
Print a large QR code for your shop window. Passers-by can scan to get an offer, encouraging them to come in.
Put QR codes on tables. "Scan for 10% off your next visit" captures emails while they're already happy customers.
Share the QR code or direct link in posts. Track how many followers convert to visits.
Include on flyers handed out locally. One code for all leaflets, easy to print.
Static vs Direct Mail
| Feature | Static | Direct Mail |
|---|---|---|
| QR Codes | One code for everyone | Unique code per person |
| Best for | Posters, social, web | Postcards, letters |
| Tracking | Total scans/redemptions | Individual recipient response |
| Setup | Instant — one QR | Generate codes, export for print |
For window displays, use at least 100mm QR codes. For table tents, 30-40mm works well. Download multiple sizes from your campaign dashboard.
