What Can You Export?
VoucherTrack lets you export various types of data for your own analysis, CRM import, or record-keeping.
Lead Export
Download all email addresses captured through your campaigns.
How to Export Leads
- Go to Leads in the main navigation
- Optionally filter by campaign, date range, or status
- Click Export CSV
Lead Export Fields

| redeemed | Yes/No — did they visit? |

These leads have consented to marketing by claiming a voucher. The landing page includes consent language. Keep records of when consent was given.
DM Tracking Code Export
For Direct Mail campaigns, export your tracking codes and QR images for print production:
CSV Export
Download a spreadsheet with all tracking codes, URLs, and scan status.

ZIP Export (with QR Images)
For print production, download a ZIP containing:
- tracking_codes.csv — The data file
- qr_codes/ — Folder of print-ready PNG files (300 DPI)
QR images are named by tracking code (e.g., JANA7K3M2X9.png) for easy mail merge.
Each QR code directs the recipient to your campaign landing page where they register and receive their voucher.
Analytics Export
Export detailed activity data for custom analysis:
Activity Log
Every scan and redemption with timestamp and metadata.

Summary Report
Aggregated daily statistics for selected campaigns:
- Daily scans, leads, redemptions
- Daily revenue (where recorded)
- Conversion rates per day
How to Access Exports
- Navigate to Reports in the main menu
- Select the report type
- Choose your filters (campaigns, date range)
- Click Generate Report
- Download as CSV
Set up automatic weekly or monthly reports to be emailed to you. Configure in Settings → Notifications.
