Managing Campaigns
Edit, duplicate, pause, and organise your campaigns
Campaign Statuses
Campaigns can have the following statuses:
Editing a Campaign
Click on any campaign, then click Edit Campaign to modify:
- Campaign Name — Internal reference
- Offer Details — Headline, description, discount
- Terms & Conditions — Restrictions and rules
- Valid Dates — Extend or shorten the campaign
Edits to active campaigns take effect right away. If you've already printed QR codes, the landing page will show the updated offer.
Pausing a Campaign
Need to temporarily stop a campaign? Pause it:
- Open the campaign
- Click Pause Campaign
- Confirm the action
While paused:
- QR codes show a "Campaign paused" message
- No new scans or redemptions are recorded
- Existing data is preserved
- You can resume at any time
Duplicating a Campaign
Save time by copying an existing campaign:
- Open the campaign you want to copy
- Click Duplicate
- Give the new campaign a name
- Adjust details as needed
Duplicating copies:
- ✅ Offer settings and terms
- ✅ Landing page configuration
- ❌ Voucher codes (you'll generate new ones)
- ❌ Analytics data (starts fresh)
Extending Validity
Campaign going well? Extend it:
- Edit the campaign
- Change the "Valid Until" date
- Save changes
Already-printed QR codes will continue working. Previously scanned (but unredeemed) vouchers will now be valid until the new date.
Archiving Campaigns
Finished with a campaign? Archive it to keep your dashboard clean:
- Open the campaign
- Click Archive
- Confirm
Archived campaigns:
- Hidden from main campaign list
- Accessible via "Show Archived" filter
- All data preserved for reporting
- Can be unarchived at any time
Deleting Campaigns
Deleting a campaign permanently removes all data including leads and analytics. This cannot be undone. Consider archiving instead.
To delete (Admin only):
- Archive the campaign first
- Go to archived campaigns
- Click Delete Permanently
- Type the campaign name to confirm
Filtering & Searching
Find campaigns quickly:
- Search — By name or code prefix
- Status Filter — Active, Scheduled, Expired, etc.
- Type Filter — Static, Direct Mail, Tracking
- Date Filter — Created or active within date range
Use consistent naming conventions: include the month/year and purpose. E.g., "Feb26 - Birthday Club Mailing" or "Q1-2026 - Window Display".
