Managing Campaigns

Edit, duplicate, pause, and organise your campaigns

Campaign Statuses

Campaigns can have the following statuses:

Draft Not yet published. QR codes won't work.
Scheduled Will become active on the "Valid From" date.
Active Live and accepting scans/redemptions.
Paused Temporarily disabled. QR codes show "paused" message.
Expired Past the "Valid Until" date. No longer redeemable.
Archived Hidden from main list. Data preserved.

Editing a Campaign

Click on any campaign, then click Edit Campaign to modify:

  • Campaign Name — Internal reference
  • Offer Details — Headline, description, discount
  • Terms & Conditions — Restrictions and rules
  • Valid Dates — Extend or shorten the campaign
⚠️ Changes Apply Immediately

Edits to active campaigns take effect right away. If you've already printed QR codes, the landing page will show the updated offer.

Pausing a Campaign

Need to temporarily stop a campaign? Pause it:

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Click Pause Campaign
  3. Confirm the action

While paused:

  • QR codes show a "Campaign paused" message
  • No new scans or redemptions are recorded
  • Existing data is preserved
  • You can resume at any time

Duplicating a Campaign

Save time by copying an existing campaign:

  1. Open the campaign you want to copy
  2. Click Duplicate
  3. Give the new campaign a name
  4. Adjust details as needed

Duplicating copies:

  • ✅ Offer settings and terms
  • ✅ Landing page configuration
  • ❌ Voucher codes (you'll generate new ones)
  • ❌ Analytics data (starts fresh)

Extending Validity

Campaign going well? Extend it:

  1. Edit the campaign
  2. Change the "Valid Until" date
  3. Save changes

Already-printed QR codes will continue working. Previously scanned (but unredeemed) vouchers will now be valid until the new date.

Archiving Campaigns

Finished with a campaign? Archive it to keep your dashboard clean:

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Click Archive
  3. Confirm

Archived campaigns:

  • Hidden from main campaign list
  • Accessible via "Show Archived" filter
  • All data preserved for reporting
  • Can be unarchived at any time

Deleting Campaigns

⚠️ Permanent Action

Deleting a campaign permanently removes all data including leads and analytics. This cannot be undone. Consider archiving instead.

To delete (Admin only):

  1. Archive the campaign first
  2. Go to archived campaigns
  3. Click Delete Permanently
  4. Type the campaign name to confirm

Filtering & Searching

Find campaigns quickly:

  • Search — By name or code prefix
  • Status Filter — Active, Scheduled, Expired, etc.
  • Type Filter — Static, Direct Mail, Tracking
  • Date Filter — Created or active within date range
💡 Organisation Tip

Use consistent naming conventions: include the month/year and purpose. E.g., "Feb26 - Birthday Club Mailing" or "Q1-2026 - Window Display".
