Quick Start Guide
Create your first voucher campaign in 5 minutes
Step 1: Log In
Navigate to your VoucherTrack admin panel and log in with your credentials. If you don't have an account yet, contact the Integra team.

Step 2: Create a New Campaign
From your dashboard, click "New Campaign". You'll see four campaign types:
- Static/Display β Best for posters, flyers, social media (single QR code)
- Direct Mail β Best for postal campaigns (unique code per recipient)
- Tracking Static β Simple click tracking, no vouchers
- Tracking DM β Per-recipient tracking, no vouchers
For your first campaign, we recommend Static/Display β it's the simplest to set up.
Step 3: Configure Your Offer
Fill in the basic details:
- Campaign Name β Internal reference (e.g., "January Promo")
- Offer Headline β What customers see (e.g., "20% Off Your First Order")
- Offer Description β Additional details about the offer
- Valid From/Until β When the offer is active
Step 4: Set the Discount
Configure what discount customers receive:
- Discount Type β Percentage, Fixed Amount, Free Item, or Custom
- Discount Value β The amount (e.g., 20 for 20%)
- Discount Description β Human-readable (e.g., "20% off food")
Step 5: Add Terms (Optional)
For hospitality businesses, you may want to add restrictions:
- Minimum spend requirement
- Valid days (e.g., MondayβThursday)
- Valid times (e.g., 12pmβ3pm)
- Maximum party size
- Custom terms (e.g., "Not valid on bank holidays")
Step 6: Create & Get Your QR Code
Click "Create Campaign". You'll be taken to your campaign dashboard where you can:
- Download the landing page QR code
- Copy the landing page URL
- View real-time statistics as people scan
Your campaign is live. Share the QR code or URL, and start tracking scans, leads, and redemptions in real-time.
